When you contact Melbourne Truss by phone or email, you may provide your name, contact details, company information, project location and drawings. These details help the team understand your request and respond to you. Only provide information relevant to your enquiry, and ensure you are authorised to share any project documents.

The website form

The online form is not connected to an enquiry delivery service. If you select Send, the form checks the details in your browser and explains that the enquiry has not been sent. Your form details are not transmitted or saved by the website. The form does not accept file uploads. To make an enquiry, please email info@melbtruss.com.au or call (03) 9308 0166.

Technical information

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts and business images are served with the website. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate the service.

Links to other services

Location links open Google Maps, which handles information under its own privacy terms. Email links open your chosen email application.

Cookies and Google Maps

The contact page loads Google Maps automatically to show our location. Your browser connects directly to Google when that page opens, sharing your IP address and browser/device information. Google may use cookies and similar technologies, and may associate activity with your Google account depending on your sign-in status and settings. We do not send your enquiry fields to the map.

Google controls its service and may process information outside Australia. Its cookies and their purposes can vary with your settings and location. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and cookie information for details and controls. You can block third-party cookies or content in your browser; this may affect the map. Our address is also listed in the contact details and footer.

Our application does not set its own cookies or use sessionStorage. It stores a timestamp in localStorage under “melbourne-truss:intro-shown” to avoid repeating the decorative introduction within five minutes. After five minutes, a fresh page load can show the introduction and replace the timestamp. This value stays in your browser and is not sent to us; you can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. Clicking the homepage logo always replays the introduction and renews the timestamp. If storage is unavailable, automatic introductions are skipped; logo clicks still replay it. Hosting providers may process technical information to operate and secure the website.
